The Chef's Wife's Life
Live your beautifully imperfect life! We were made on purpose and for a purpose. Join me, Sommer, as we talk about ALL THE THINGS. Let's grow together with grace, and hopefully, a lot of laughter as we dig into life, identity, and truth.
You will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. Philippians 2:15-16

Oola is a term we use when we are feeling balanced in the seven key areas of life: fitness, finance, family, field, faith, friends, and fun. In my conversation with Cheryl, we talked about how she has found gratitude in each of these areas after divorce. Mindset and fun have been anchors in this journey. She is a great example of someone striving to be her best version in all areas of life.
"I want to face these new upcoming challenges that are for sure going to happen in life with a healthy and healed version so that I don't crack and fall apart. I want to make sure that I face these challenges with the best version of me."
